ROLAND T. FORTNER
General Manager and CEO


Roland Fortner headed the team from Union Pacific Corporation (UP) that
founded Insight Network Logstics (INL) in 2001 as part of a business
collaboration with DaimlerChrysler Logistics. Responsible for overall
management of INL, strategic planning and business development, Roland has
over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry developing logistics
solutions, particularly for the automotive and intermodal sector. At UP, he played
a leading role in developing and launching a multi-million dollar, nationwide
domestic container service called EMP, and helped design and implement UP's
Passport Intermodal Service to Mexico. In the automotive arena, he built
strategic business alliances that enabled growth of UP's automotive network,
resulting in construction of new automotive distribution facilities, expansion at
four other locations, and the launch of an all-new fleet of high-capacity tri-level
railcars. From Roland’s experience in the automotive sector, he learned firsthand
the value and critical importance of supply-chain visibility and collaboration,
and as a result, became a leading advocate for the development of advanced
visibility technology and supply-chain management services to support the
automotive industry. Roland has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business
from Virginia Tech University.

ANTHONY (TONY) L. VINCI
General Director Network Management


Tony Vinci is responsible for the day-to-day network management operations of
INL, working closely with the Regional Operations and Shipment Management
teams. Tony brings over 30 years of transportation knowledge and expertise to
INL. With a background in customer service and technology development, Tony
played a pivotal role in the implementation and launch of Union Pacific’s National
Customer Service Center. He was instrumental in UP’s automotive logistics
team, where he was responsible for the conceptual design, development and
implementation of their Automotive Distribution and Inventory Management
System, the predecessor of INL’s VinVision® software. Tony holds a Bachelor of
Science degree from the University of Nebraska.

LINDA L. SUDDUTH
General Director, Finance and Business Planning


Linda Sudduth, a Union Pacific veteran of 15 years, joined Insight Network
Logistics at its inception in 2001. Prior to joining INL, Linda held a variety of
positions at the Union Pacific Railroad in Finance, Accounting and Marketing and
Sales Logistics. In addition, Linda spent four years at Union Pacific’s corporate
headquarters in Bethlehem, PA, as a Human Resources Benefits Manager.
Linda is responsible for overseeing INL’s budgeting, forecasting and financialreporting
functions, providing strategic leadership and overseeing efficient
operations of Insight’s headquarters and field offices. Linda earned a Bachelor of
Science from Montana State University and an MBA from the University of Wyoming.

William (Bill) J. Wax
General Director, Technology Services


Bill Wax is responsible for the driving the technical vision and innovation of
Insight's technology portfolio, which includes oversight of the team responsible
for the integrity of Insight's data and the organization's visibility of its logistics'
networks. Prior to joining Insight, Bill held a variety of executive and
management positions, which included several initiatives with Union Pacific
Railroad Corporation. Bill brings 20 years of experience with a proven track
record in creating and leading technology organizations to achieve strategic and
tactical business objectives. Bill received his Master’s degree from Loyola
University in Chicago and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian
University.
